CA+D Presents: Designophile


On Monday, June 23, we were in attendance when Snyder Diamond president Russ Diamond and architect Steven Ehrlich presented “Modern Makeovers for Optimum Resale: with kitchens that turn up the heat and baths that make a splash.” The presentation, hosted by Aaroe Architectural, was impressive to say the least.

Throughout the year, we bring special VIP design guests to Soli Besharat’s West Hollywood location of SOLI Architectural Surfaces for product previews and a weekly happy hour in his beautiful designer kitchen. We often end up talking tile, food, travel, architecturally inspired tiles and mosaics and the latest and greatest from the L.A. design industry.  

L.A.’s biggest stars in design and architecture converged at SOLI Architectural Surfaces in the heart of the La Cienega Design Quarter during Legends of La Cienega for a rare discussion of their grandest projects ever built. WestWeek 2014 (held at the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles March 19-20, 2014) provided a fabulous opportunity to connect with dozens of design friends and showrooms, including Thomas Lavin, who hosted Lori Dennis’s Design Camp.
